At Great White Divers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since our products are printed on demand, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items. We also need to be notified within 21 days of delivery. Please read our policy below for more information.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is damaged or defective, we will offer a free reprint or a refund. To request this, you must contact us within 21 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the damaged or defective product
- A clear shot of the issue (e.g., print quality, print placement, or product issue)
- Your order number
No Returns or Exchanges
Since each product is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to double-check your order before confirming to ensure the correct size and design.
Wrong or Invalid Address
- Wrong Address: If the address provided is incorrect, we are not responsible for the package not being delivered, and no refund will be provided.
- Invalid Address: If the address provided is invalid and the shipper returns the package to us, only the product price will be refunded, not the shipping cost. If the package is lost in transit, no refund will be issued.
